It opens a request that the venue office reviews, usually within a few working days, and the hall stays available to others until a member of staff approves it. You will be given a reference number the moment you submit — keep it, because it is how you check the outcome.
Please note: this platform does not send confirmation emails, so nothing will arrive in your inbox. That is normal — nothing has gone wrong. Your reference number is the record of your request. Keep it somewhere safe and enter it on the tracking page whenever you would like to see where things stand.
