Conference story
The College of Administration and Economics at the University of Duhok held its second international scientific conference on 22–23 October 2025 at the University Convention Center, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Iraq. It focused on activating and adopting electronic payment technologies and strengthening financial inclusion as a route to sustainable economic growth in Iraq. It covered financial and banking sciences, business management, economics, statistics and informatics, and accounting. The programme included an expert panel, an exhibition by banks and fintech companies, two days of research sessions, awards and a set of policy recommendations.
