CSASE 2025, the third edition of the University of Duhok's International Conference on Computer Science and Software Engineering, was held on 15–17 April 2025 in a hybrid format and technically co-sponsored by the IEEE Computer Society. Its goal is to bring experts together to share advances and offer solutions to real-world problems across intelligent systems, cybersecurity, networks, computer vision and software engineering. The programme had two keynotes, from the University of Cambridge and LIUM (Le Mans), and eight paper sessions in two parallel halls, many with online presenters. It closed with best-paper and reviewer awards at the College of Science. Accepted papers were published in IEEE Xplore.
