The 3rd Nawroz International Conference on Information and Computer Science and Technology (NICST 2025) is a premier academic event organized by the Department of Information Technology, Nawroz Technical University (NTU), Duhok, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.

NICST 2025 provides an excellent platform for researchers, academicians, engineers, and industry practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, and related areas.

The conference will feature keynote speeches by world-renowned researchers, technical paper presentations, poster sessions, and workshops. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings and selected high-quality papers will be recommended for publication in Scopus-indexed journals.
